Our Response  to COVID-19

On September 15, the Government of Alberta issued a State of Public Health Emergency for the Province of Alberta.

New public health restrictions for places of worship have come into effect as of Thursday, September 16:

Parish Office  Hours:

The Parish Office is back to its normal hours, from Monday to Friday from 9:30 am-12:00 pm and 1:00-4:30 pm.

Places of Worship:

Mandatory Restriction - Effective September 16

Capacity limited to 1/3 of fire code occupancy*

(*For Holy Trinity Parish, this is a maximum of 68 parishioners present at each service)

  • Masks are mandatory

  • 2 metres physical distancing between households, or 2 close contacts for those living alone.

Weddings & Funerals:

Mandatory restriction - Effective September 20

  • Indoor wedding ceremonies & funeral services are permitted, with up to 50 people or 50% of fire code occupancy, whichever is less

  • Indoor wedding & funeral receptions are prohibited

  • Outdoor ceremonies, services & receptions are permitted with up to 200 people & must follow liquor sales & consumption restrictions (sales end at 10 pm, consumption by 11 pm

Below we have listed all of the service times and upcoming events for our parish. 

Divine Liturgies

Sundays: 9:00am (Ukrainian) & 11:15am (English)

Weekdays: 8:00am

Saturdays: 8:00am and 5:00pm

Holy days of Obligation: 10:00am and 7:00pm

Baptisms & funerals: By arrangement.

Marriages: By arrangement 8 months in advance. (Marriage preparation course required).

Confessions: During Sunday liturgies or by appointment.

Parish Secretaries: Lorraine Stoyko and Michelle Yakimetz

Perogy Lunch & Supper Takeouts

Lunchtime Pickups: 11:30 am - 1:00 pm

Suppertime Pickups: 4:30-6:30 pm

$17.00/meal. Includes 6 perogies - cheddar, cottage, or a combo of 1/2 of each (comes with fried onion & sour cream); baked chicken, lazy holoptsi, borscht, & dessert.

(Cash only, please).
