Special Collection for Humanitarian Aid for Ukraine:

         To those who wish to show their support for Ukraine and its people we suggest donating to the Catholic Near East Association (CNEWA) which works directly with Caritas Ukraine. Please donate to CNEWA through our Basilian Parishes or directly online:

Parishioners can also donate online through the Eparchial website,, or by using the specially marked blue envelopes available in the church vestibule. All donations will be forwarded to the Eparchy, and we will send all funds collected to those organizations already in Ukraine providing support and aid. Please be generous. (All donations are tax-deductible).

Our Response  to COVID-19

Alberta entered Step 2 on Tuesday, March 1.

  •  All restrictions on places of worship have been removed, including masking, distancing and capacity limits, including for weddings and funerals.

  • Please monitor health symptoms and stay home if sick.

Below we have listed all of the service times and upcoming events for our parish. 

Divine Liturgies

Sundays: 9:00am (Ukrainian) & 11:15am (English)

Monday - Friday: 8:00am

Saturdays: 5:00pm

Holy days of Obligation: 10:00am and 7:00pm

Baptisms & funerals: By arrangement.

Marriages: By arrangement 8 months in advance. (Marriage preparation course required).

Confessions: During Sunday liturgies or by appointment.

Parish Office Hours: Monday to Friday from 9:30am -12:00 pm and 1:00-4:30 pm. (Closed on Statutory Holidays & Holy Days of Obligation).

(Daily 8:00 am Divine Liturgies are celebrated Monday-Friday).

* During the month of May, Rosary will be recited in church Monday-Friday at 7:00 pm.

  • Dinner in the Parish Hall following the Divine Liturgy. All parishioners are invited to attend this event as a Parish Family

To order perogies and cabbage rolls, please call the Parish Office at 780-632-3433. Potato & cottage cheese & potato & cheddar cheese - $6.00/dozen, packaged in bags of 5-dozen. Trays of sweet cabbage rolls can also be purchased at $30.00/tray, with 4.5-5-dozen/tray.
